What happens to my old flooring?

We can arrange to uplift and remove your existing carpet or flooring if needed. Just let us know when you book, and we’ll include this in your quotation.

How long does the fitting take?

It depends on the size and type of flooring, but most rooms can be completed in a day. Larger projects or stairs may take a little longer. Our fitters will always let you know in advance and work efficiently to minimise disruption.

Do you offer free measuring and estimate?

Yes, we provide a free, no-obligation measuring and quotation service. Our team will visit your home, take accurate measurements, and give you tailored advice to make sure you get the right amount of flooring without unnecessary waste..

Do you offer free samples?

Yes, we’re happy to provide free samples so you can see how different carpets or flooring look in your own home. Testing them in your lighting and alongside your furniture makes it much easier to choose with confidence.

How long from ordering to fitting?

Depending on stock availability from our supplier usually 2-3 weeks. Design floors usually 3-4 weeks.

Are there moth proof carpets?

We can supply carpets that are treated with moth repellant, and carpets that are made of fibres which moth larvae do not eat.

Do you move furniture?

Yes, by arrangement we will move furniture. We ask you to remove valuable items and breakables, empty wardrobes and cupboards and remove bedclothes.

Do you trim doors?

Yes, if arranged at the time of ordering.
